Certificate of Insurance

Renter must provide AFC Mobile with a certificate of insurance with both the Mobile County Commission and Association Football Club of Mobile, LLC named as additional insureds (General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate). Insurance coverage must span the duration of the entire event or use, from beginning to end including set-up and tear-down. Certificates of insurance must be emailed to scheduling@afcmobile.net. Unless such certificate is received at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event, the event will be subject to cancellation and fees forfeited.
